As soon as you receive your helmet. You can register later, but the crash replacement program only covers deployments that happen after the registration date — so earlier is always better.

Your order number (from the confirmation email), the product serial (printed on the label inside the collar), and the email address you want on file for any future claims.

Yes. Run the registration once per helmet — each unit gets its own serial and its own eligibility record. There's no limit on how many you can register to the same account.

Registration is available to the original purchaser. If you bought from someone who already registered the unit, ask them to contact support to transfer the record — we can move it to your account.
